Good morning everyone! Thought I'd share a recipe for a super-sweet treat that is all-natural and insanely healthy.
Chop up 2 big handfuls of pitted dates. Throw them in the blender with the juice of 2 lemons. Add a splash of water to get things moving and blend until smooth-ish....chunks are okay. Scoop out golf ball sized portions, roll them around in unsweetened coconut and let set in the fridge. Enjoy!
