This was chosen for 2 reasons. First, my Mom loves building snowmen. It's the funniest thing...she just takes the dog out to run and builds a snowman, by herself, just because she thinks it's fun. Their neighbours get a kick out of it, and she's even gone so far as to buy neon food colouring and is planning to spray paint her next one. Second, Holly loves stitching snowmen and always suggests that I do the same. She found this pattern and insisted I buy it....it's pretty cute!
I'm still not so sure about stitching on linen. I've got about half linen and half aida happening in this challenge...it's just so delicate, I'm scared I'm going to break it or something haha!

ReplyDeleteoh my!!!! The pattern is GORGEOUS!!!!!! I love snowmen too!!!!! In fact, I got a snowman pattern in the mail today & you don't know how bad I want to stitch it, instead of my challenge pieces!!!!!!!
